3. Don’t shower too long. Shower water is often tap water, even if it goes through a heater. Just three minutes in the shower is sufficient, as healthy skin care means avoiding irritants. If you use a dry skin product in the shower, like soap, choose a mild one. Don’t over-scrub. Oatmeal soap of the mild type is good for your skin, as it doesn’t cause adverse reactions.
