To use Philip Kingsley Body Building Shampoo: Soak your hair thoroughly; pour a fair size amount of shampoo onto hand and rub between palms then over the entire surface of your hair and scalp. With the ends of your finger tips knead the scalp whilst spreading the shampoo through the lengths of your hair, avoid over tangling. Add more warm water for increased lathering. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. If shampooing daily a single application is sufficient, if less frequently, rinse and repeat.
